Our comprehensive approach to trust is built on several key pillars:

• Robust Data Protection: We have established a data classification policy to identify and protect different types of information. We also have a designated Data Protection Officer responsible for our organization-wide governance and privacy program, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the processing of personally identifiable information (PII). For any privacy-related requests or incidents, we provide a clear point of contact.
• Secure Operations: We maintain secure and supported configuration standards for our system components, replacing them when support is no longer available, and documenting risk mitigation strategies for any unsupported components. We also provide user guides and system documentation to help users understand the design and operation of our system.
• Diligent Vendor Management: We understand that our security extends to our partners. We have a comprehensive Vendor Management Policy that applies to all IT vendors and partners who can impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our technology and sensitive information. We maintain an inventory of third-party service providers, including their risk levels and the types of data shared with them. Critically, we annually obtain and review compliance reports and certifications (such as SOC 2, ISO, and PCI DSS) from our critical vendors to ensure they meet industry standards and our requirements. We also have data processing agreements in place with sub-processors that outline the necessary technical and organizational measures to meet our privacy program objectives.
